My Top 5 Leadership Podcasts

If you were to ride along with me in my truck you would find that I’m either listening to an audiobook or a podcast. If I had to choose between the two, podcasts are my hands down favorite.

Podcasts are my preferred way to learn, grow, and get inspired. If you are listening to the radio while you’re commuting you’re wasting valuable time. Why not redeem that time and try one of these Top 5 Leadership Podcasts?

600x600bb1. The Andy Stanley Leadership Podcast

Download every single episode and grow. Andy never disappoints. He is one of the sharpest minds out there. He typically publishes one a month and it’s the one podcast I look forward to the most.

2. Craig Groeschel Leadership Podcast

Groeschel’s podcast is something brand new from him this year. Each monthly episode is full of practical advice with next steps at the end for you to implement in your leadership. I love how he gets to the point and you don’t have to wade through lots of banter or marketing.

The entire reason I started blogging was because of this podcast. If you like to write or blog you have to listen to his podcast. It will keep you inspired to write and give you tons of practical tips on getting your content out there.

I’m brand new to this one and I’m a little late to the game. One of my staff members was telling me how awesome it is! They’re right!

The first 4 podcasts I’ve listened to every one of the episodes for as long as they have been publishing (some for years) and they always produce solid content. So listen with confidence.

TIP: All of these podcasts I listen to at 1.5x speed which allows me to get through the content much quicker. Give it a try!

TIP 2: I keep a digital voice recorder with me while I drive to remember the great ideas I hear on the podcasts. Once a week I transfer those voice memos to my journal or “To Do” list.

Podcasts get me fired up on the way to work and they fill me back up before I get home. Try it this week and see if you don’t come alive while you drive!
