Dr. Roscoe Lilly is the founding and lead pastor of Starpoint Church located in the Capital District of New York. He is married to his best friend, Maryanna, they have three beautiful children, Annabelle, Adeline, & Rykard. Living in upstate New York provides him with more opportunities than time to enjoy this amazing world God created.
